GRK Global Global Standard Series (RWD specification)

It is a gear adapter with integrated spur gear mount and rear gear joint used when mounting as a reduction gear.

This product is a dedicated part for RWD specification vehicles. Please note that it cannot be used for AWD specification vehicles.

〇 Precautions when changing to deceleration bevel gear. (If you are using a solid type diff)

By changing to a front / slow bevel gear that is smaller than the standard 16T, the offset of the ring gear changes significantly.

Therefore, when using the genuine solid axle of GRK Global Global Standard series, the clearance adjustment by adjusting the thickness of the shim washer cannot handle it.

[R31S023] GRK4 compatible rigid axle set (for reduction gear) + [R31W243] It is possible to deal with this by changing to a gear spacer set.

[R31G001] When using a ball diff set, all bevel gears from 10T to 12T can be installed.

* The amount of clearance differs for each bevel gear, so adjust with a shim washer with an inner diameter of 10 mm.

〇 Precautions when changing to deceleration bevel gear. (When using gear differential)

[R31W271] If you are using the GRK gear differential set, you can handle it by combining the accessory 10T, 11T, 12T ring gear with a 29.5mm & 28.4mm dry cup.

* The amount of clearance differs for each bevel gear, so adjust with a shim washer with an inner diameter of 10 mm.
